Cheese presses
The KLOKSLAG cheese presses are characterized by the fact that each cheese is provided with a dedicated press cylinder as standard. This ensures the correct pressing pressure for each cheese. The advanced control system allows multiple pressing programs to be selected, with pressures up to 500 grams per cm².
The KLOKSLAG cheese presses can be supplied in either a closed or open configuration and are suitable for both single moulds and cassettes.
In the process, one can choose a system with or without tray separation. Depending on this choice, the presses can be filled and pressed row by row.
The capacity of the press corresponds to the chosen method: 1-210 press positions per press are possible for, for example, Euroblock.
CIP cleaning of the presses can be done per press or all presses and the tracks in front of and behind the presses simultaneously, according to the user’s preference.
There are various configurations available, including the closed multimould presses and the open cheese presses.
